Smart Suitcase & Bag is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. 

We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. 

We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 5-10 business days. 

In case your order needs to be shipped urgently, you can email us your issue with pin code on smartsuitcaseandbags@gmail.com or directly reach out to us on the WhatsApp platform. 

Based on your location, you will be receiving the required product within a given time frame provided at the time of confirmation of your order. 

Sometimes due to lack of material or manpower the production gets delayed.

In case the delivery time is extended you will receive a mail/whatsapp/text notification from us informing you about the tentative delivery date. Kindly allow us some extra time in busy seasons. 

Multiple orders-

If you have placed an order for more than one product, we will try our best to deliver all products in one packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

At Smart Suitcase & Bag, we strive to provide high-quality products and carefully inspect every item before dispatch.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
  • Returns or exchanges are not applicable for change of mind, incorrect color selection, or personal preference.
  • We request customers to carefully review the product description, images, dimensions, and color before placing an order.

Exceptions

If you receive:

  • A wrong product, or
  • A product that is damaged during transit,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing smartsuitcaseandbags@gmail.com or contacting us on WhatsApp with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution if the issue is found to be genuine.
