Shipping policy

Smart Suitcase & Bag is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. 

We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. 

We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 5-10 business days. 

In case your order needs to be shipped urgently, you can email us your issue with pin code on smartsuitcaseandbags@gmail.com or directly reach out to us on the WhatsApp platform. 

Based on your location, you will be receiving the required product within a given time frame provided at the time of confirmation of your order. 

Sometimes due to lack of material or manpower the production gets delayed.

In case the delivery time is extended you will receive a mail/whatsapp/text notification from us informing you about the tentative delivery date. Kindly allow us some extra time in busy seasons.
